Bio

We are not always equipped with the skills needed to do life and the obstacles that come our way. Oppressive experiences, trauma, dominant narratives, and social conditioning from our upbringing effect our emotions, moods, nervous systems, and sense of self. It can cause us to experience: depression, anxiety, low self-value, difficulty staying present, and problems with our interpersonal relationships. You want to make changes, but it can be challenging if you don’t know how or where to start. I would like to collaborate and through our relationship, work towards becoming the authentic, whole person that already resides in you.
I use a Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, body awareness, cognitive-behavioral, existential, and narrative therapy approaches to achieve self-compassion and understanding of one’s mental health and well being. My style is to be honest, non-judgmental, and real with you. This is a space created for you to bring your inner world and past experiences.
If you are ready to start or continue on your journey of connecting to your true self, please reach out. I am passionate about working with Women, LBGTQIA+, QPOC, descendants of immigrants, and folks who are marginalized by systems of power and privilege.
