Bio
Have you ever felt lost and confused about your career, relationships, or identity? Or has there been an internal conflict of feeling not good enough? When uncomfortable emotions escalate, it can be difficult to find a sense of peace and control. I aim to create a safe and accepting environment where you can freely express yourself, allowing us to embrace these emotions and experiences.
I am passionate about helping individuals process relationships, cultural identities, and life’s transitions. I believe that building a deeper understanding of ourselves while practicing self-compassion is the foundation of improving mental health. Starting out, we’ll identify goals and strengths to determine the best approach for you!
As an Asian American, I am continuously learning about how my experiences have shaped my identity. Our cultures and lived experiences all influence who we are becoming, and there are times when it can be hard to take in what is happening. Therapy has been a huge part of my journey, and I believe it can help you on yours as well.
