I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Vancouver, B.C.
I am also a cisgender, middle-class Asian immigrant woman who immigrated to Canada from Hong Kong over 17 years ago.

Drawing upon my own experiences of growing up at the intersection of collectivist and Western cultures, I’ve become a conduit for second-generation individuals struggling with cultural identity and familial relationships.

I specialize in individual counselling for a diverse range of clients, including children of immigrants, immigrants, international students, cultural minorities, professionals, and parents. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, depression, burnout, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

As a therapist, my mission is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can deepen your self-understanding and rediscover your inner strengths. Together, we’ll navigate your struggles, equipping you with practical coping skills and tools to overcome obstacles, cultivate meaningful connections and achieve a sense of inner peace.
