Do you often put others’ thoughts and feelings before your own? Have you reached a point where things seem unsustainable? Are you curious about getting to know yourself better?

If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place. Now is a wonderful time to invest in you. I enjoy working with older teens (16+) and adults, particularly those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem and relationship issues. I also love supporting other adoptees and minority women-identifying folks.

Being trained as both a counselor and an art therapist enables me to collaborate with you to create a unique approach suited to you and your needs. Sometimes it is difficult to put our experiences and feelings into words and it is helpful to have other tools and approaches to complement traditional talk therapy. My approach is person-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed. I trust that you are the expert on you, but we all need help from time to time. I am here to walk with you and support you along the way.
