As a therapist, I look to a provide a space that is wholeheartedly yours, cultivating an environment where thoughts and feelings can be explored with the utmost support and empathy. Together, we can create a path toward growth and healing while learning how to better navigate through emotional distress.

I utilize an integrative approach with a foundation of Person – Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I emphasize a therapeutic process that is specifically tailored to the client while always maintaining an authentic, empathetic, and collaborative dynamic.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois with experience in providing mental health services to individuals of all ages. I have accompanied clients with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, family and relationship concerns, and life transitions. Prior to private practice, I worked in community mental health and inpatient psychiatry. I obtained my M.A. in Counseling with a concentration in Health Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
