Celina Vergel de Dios, RCC, has an M.A. in Counselling Psychology (Yorkville University) along with a second Masters degree specializing in social-emotional learning (University of British Columbia). Celina is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) as well as a mindfulness program facilitator with certification from Mindfulness Without Borders. The foundation of Celina’s approach is creating meaningful connections with her clients that involve collaboration around their goals. She believes that optimal outcomes become more achievable when clients are actively involved in the wellness process. Celina’s practice advocates that mental health should not just focus on the absence of our issues/problems but should also uncover how to enhance our overall quality of life and optimize our strengths.
