I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, with a particular focus on Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders (AAPI), and other people of color who are struggling with stress, anxiety, self-esteem issues, childhood trauma, as well as relational and interpersonal challenges. Born in the Philippines, I understand the unique challenges faced by minorities in the United States and recognize the impact of generational trauma on mental health. My experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of cultural differences, stereotypes, and the weight of familial expectations, all of which can significantly influence mental well-being.
This recognition underscores the need for a personalized approach that combines personal insight with professional training to effectively address these challenges. Our work together will be collaborative, with me by your side throughout the therapeutic process.
I utilize a relational model in my therapy approach, placing significant emphasis on past and present relationships to gain insight into core beliefs and conflicts that may be causing disruption in your daily life. If you feel ready to start your journey to healing and growth, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I appreciate you being here!
