My main objective is to assist you in reaching your goals because you are worthy of the life of your choosing.
My approach to therapy is rooted in partnership and support. Also, my style is client centered so this approach will look different for everyone I serve. Whether our focus for treatment is solution based, skill building, or just providing a safe space- the ultimate goal is to ensure a treatment plan catered to your needs.
