It can be difficult to reach out for support when we find ourselves adrift in the ocean of our lives. Your circumstances and experiences are unique, but you don’t have to be alone on your journey. I strive to use my professional training in tandem with unique insight from my lived experience to create a safe, non-judgmental and collaborative space where you can be free to explore your identity, internal processes and lived experiences.
I am a friendly and approachable second generation Asian-Canadian who works within a person-centred, multi-theory framework. I believe in a holistic and evidence-based approach to therapy that includes drawing from culturally-aware, attachment-based, strength-based, trauma-informed, emotionally-focused and solution-focused modalities.
