Bio

Hello there! I am a therapist with a passion for working with individuals from a client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach. I believe any and all mental health concerns are a normal part of the human experience, and often an expected part of today’s complicated society. I have a passion for working with young adults, students, individuals from BIPOC communities, and much more! I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self, working collaboratively with you to explore whatever you need in order to rebuild or heal.

Oftentimes, the organizational structures and culture of society can have a significant effect on an individual or communities wellbeing. As a therapist, I recognize these effects and I aim to make space for clients to communicate these things. I look forward to working alongside you, being a small part in your journey.
