Bio

The stressors we experience can significantly impact us. You may feel anxious, have obsessive thoughts, and can’t seem to move past things. You may become overwhelmed, have difficulty concentrating or staying organized, feel moody, or have sleep issues. You might also struggle with school, work, or relationships. Coping and figuring out how to manage can sometimes be difficult. In therapy, we can aim to develop strategies to make things easier for you. We can work together to identify what is holding you back and impacting you in order to resolve it and no longer experience it the same way. I work with teenagers, students, & adults.

Therapy is not the same for everyone, therefore, I will tailor my work to fit your needs. My clinical work is influenced by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-based strategies, and Trauma-Informed Care. My goal is to offer you a safe and non-judgemental space, where we can work collaboratively to meet your needs.
I have lived both internationally and in Canada, providing me with invaluable life experiences of empowering marginalized communities. Making the decision to start therapy is a courageous one. I will be here to listen and support you on your unique path. I invite you to contact me, so we can embark on your healing journey, together.
