Having experience in primary care and mental health, it is my mission to provide a system of healing focused on your story, investigating the areas of deep suffering, and redefining how you want to create your life.

Our system is broken and leaves out the fact that there are systemic and cultural pressures that will reinforce traumas for different groups. Our identities as Asian American has intricacies needing much more exploration. As a provider working five years with primarily Chinese and Vietnamese patients, it is clear our stories intertwined as intergenerational trauma continues to rear its distress upon you today. From family and cultural values to our understanding of the self, I want you to know that it’s not your fault and we can develop the nurturing love we need within all of us. I believe we all hold these emotions and parts inside of us and can learn to manage these with and without medications. From an integrative medicine and trauma-based lens, I can help you survive the moment, understand your emotions, and use it to guide your thoughts and decisions. Additionally, I provide psychedelic-based therapy in my Utah office.

For potential patients: I take insurance from Cigna, United, SelectHealth, and Blue Cross Blue Shield in Utah and Oregon.

I particularly enjoy working with patients on childhood and complex trauma, treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, psychosis, anxious/avoidant attachment issues, transitions, loneliness, burnout/empathy fatigue, life dissatisfaction. I DO NOT prescribe controlled substances for ADHD, insomnia, or chronic pain. I work on trauma and root issues to address these issues, but do not offer stimulants or opioids. I do not offer treatment for those with personality disorders.
