Hi, welcome to my corner! I’m glad we found each other. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician with professional experience in education, outpatient clinic, and non-profit settings. My passion is working with adolescents and adults. As my Cantonese Chinese culture is incredibly meaningful to me, I hope to support you in exploring and processing your own experience with a culturally mindful lens. My intention is to empower my clients towards creating a life of happiness, love, and purpose, guided by practices such as setting healthy boundaries and practicing self-care.
I incorporate a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach that honors the client’s right to self-determination and safety. For treatment options, I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness interventions. Each client’s treatment plan varies based on unique need.
Seeking therapy is often an uncomfortable and daunting experience. I am here to walk with you through the challenges and make this process as stress-free as possible. If this sounds good to you, please send me an email – I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you towards a life of fulfillment.
