Bio
I specialize in working with adults struggling with cross-cultural dynamics & pressures and have 20+ years of experience in NYC and Hong Kong. Do you feel torn between cultures? Do you have an inner critic that tells you you’re not doing, feeling or being enough? Are you armed w/ degrees/titles yet unfulfilled? You have a tendency to second guess yourself? You’re not alone! I’ve worked with an international clientele with a wide range of personalities from the anxious OCD overachiever to the ADHD self-depracating comedian with positive outcomes.
I am currently only available for a small (and more affordable) group starting in June.  If you are between the ages of 25 and 40’s and want to learn from different perspectives while exploring creative ideas to tame your inner cross-cultural struggles in a safe and supportive space, check out my new group

All members will be asked to sign an agreement to follow basic rules and keep confidentiality.  This group is open to all Asians who grew up between Eastern and Western cultures worldwide.  So feel free to share if you think your cousin or friend in London, Sydney or wherever else may be interested.  🙂
I look forward to meeting you!
