Bio

Thank you for visiting my page! It is very brave of you to seek a therapist to talk about your personal experiences. It can be intimidating or uncomfortable to contact a therapist and it is a very courageous step to take. I’m glad you are searching a professional support and I’d be happy to work with you. My name is Yuki Laib, specializes in EMDR treatment.

Do you have bad memories or experiences from the past coming in to your mind that are hard to get rid of? Has it been impacting you so that it’s difficult for you to do something simple or easy to others? Do you wonder how easy it would be if you don’t have this? If so, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) might be of interest to you. With EMDR, the focus is going to be memories and experiences that cause you to respond to current situations in unhealthy way and it will be done with eye movement.

We will work together using the eye movement to process your past experiences so that your responses may become more appropriate or healthy. https://www.emdria.org/ is a great place to know more about EMDR and I’d happy to talk to you if you’d like. This may be the beginning of the process for you to have a great night sleep without concerns, or confidence in you that you will have successful day.

Have a safe and private place to talk where you do not need to worry about getting distracted. That means I’d like you to sit in a room where you can use your laptop or desktop computer, no driving, no walking.

Please contact email me if you have any questions or want to connect and start the process.
