Bio

Hi! I’m glad you’re here. I specialize in working with both individuals and couples, who are seeking support with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, parent-child relationships, and prenatal/postpartum struggles. I am also interested in supporting those who want to interrogate their familial systems and dynamics, unlearn harmful patterns of relating to yourself and others, and explore trans-generational patterns of trauma and recovery. Most importantly, I am invested in centering your lived experience and how it impacts the way you move through the world.

I approach therapy using a wide variety of gentle and effective healing-oriented approaches – including EMDR, relational and depth-oriented psychotherapy, various body-based (somatic) therapies, parts work, as well as trauma interventions that involve strengthening your internal resources to deal with distress.

My goal is to hold space for your uniqueness in a way that enables you to dive deep into self-exploration and understanding, ultimately building a stronger relationship between your mind and body. Through our work together, we will build a bigger repertoire for you to deal with distress and find peace within your body. Email is the best way to get in touch!
