I’m a first-generation, Southeast Asian trauma therapist, I’m passionate about creating spaces where authentic healing can happen. I offer culturally responsive, neurodivergent-affirming care for adults navigating trauma, racial identity stress, codependency, and self-esteem challenges. My work centers adults with intersecting identities who are ready to break old patterns, reconnect with their values, and move through life with clarity and intention. I bring a warm, collaborative, and authentic approach to therapy, creating a space for meaningful change.

Approach:

I am deeply committed to supporting multicultural communities and understanding how cultural and systemic factors impact mental health. I specialize in working with individuals who carry the weight of intersecting identities—navigating trauma, racial identity stress, and the complexities of neurodivergence.

As a relational therapist, I draw from a range of modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting. My work is rooted in both science and spirituality, grounded in the belief that meaningful growth happens through a balance of support, challenge, and self-connection.

Throughout our work together, I will invite you to explore deeply, ask tough questions, and gently bring awareness to the patterns that may be holding you back. While this process can be uncomfortable at times, I believe that true transformation happens when we step outside of our comfort zones.
