When life feels overwhelming, gaining insight can open the door to new possibilities and reveal choices you may not have seen before.

As a student in the Master’s in Counselling Psychology Program at the University of Toronto, my hope is to help you reclaim control over aspects of your life, and to find peace with thoughts, feelings, and relationships that may no longer serve you.

Over the years, I have come to understand and appreciate not only the importance of emotion regulation, but also the healing power of community and relationships. Growing up in a collectivist culture and an immigrant family has shaped my understanding of how our connections influence who we are, and how learning to navigate them can be a vital part of the healing process.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centred, culturally conscious, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I will always centre your needs, whether you are looking for a safe space to reflect or practical strategies to move forward.

We are not meant to move through life alone. Together, we can explore new ways for you to connect with yourself and with the people who matter most.
