It takes courage to look inward. When you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, numb, anxious, or weighed down by grief or depression, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to explore those feelings together. Many people come to therapy carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, relationship issues, parenting stress, low self-esteem, or symptoms of PTSD. These patterns often show up in our relationships, where early emotional dynamics repeat in familiar but painful ways. Together, we’ll explore these patterns and walk alongside one another to open space for change, supporting your journey toward healing and a more authentic self.
As a Korean immigrant who speaks both Korean and English, I understand the unique struggles of navigating different cultures. In therapy, I help you explore deeper emotional patterns shaped by early experiences, using a psychodynamic approach to understand how your past, especially family relationships, affects your present.
Therapy is a space where we can make sense of your story together, not to label or diagnose, but to understand. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space and take a fellow traveller approach: walking alongside you with curiosity and care, to see what’s been protecting you, and what might be ready to shift.
