Therapy on Fig

Culturally Rooted • Trauma-Informed • Creative-Minded Psychotherapy

Therapy on Fig is a group psychotherapy practice dedicated to helping people who move through the world with sensitivity, complexity, and depth, including Asian Americans, multicultural creatives, and couples navigating the intersections of identity, ambition, and belonging.

Our therapists specialize in trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and identity-conscious care. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and experiential, relational approaches, we help clients explore how their inner parts, family histories, and creative selves shape the ways they love, connect, and create.

We often work with clients who feel torn between worlds; those balancing cultural values with self-expression, caretaking with autonomy, or success with authenticity. For couples, we help partners move beyond communication skills into true attunement: learning to witness each other’s deeper stories, not just react to them.

At Therapy on Fig, healing isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about finding spaciousness, within yourself and your relationships,  to live with more clarity, permission, and self-trust.
