It can be daunting and often times overwhelming to face the world and its challenges. No matter what you’re going through, whether that may be anxiety, depression, school or work issues, life transitions, identity exploration, or other mental health challenges, I’m here to support you in your journey. I believe everyone has the ability for self-growth and healing and with therapy, you can find the right tools that works for you to achieve this.
I’m a pre-licensed psychotherapist currently completing my master’s degree at the University of Toronto in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I believe in an eclectic, flexible, and holistic therapeutic approach grounded in cultural awareness, acknowledging that each individual requires a tailored path to healing. I draw from a range of methods to best support each person’s distinct needs through meaningful, compassionate, and collaborative care. Grounded in evidence-based approaches and a trauma-informed lens, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journey.
I am committed to culturally responsive practice and continue to deepen my understanding of how intersecting identities shape mental health experiences. Growing up in a Western society while holding different cultural values can bring about distinct complexities. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate and find balance between these overlapping cultural influences.
I strive to build a space where we can collaborate together to better understand your emotions, enhance self-awareness, and strengthen your ability to navigate life’s difficulties.
