As a client in my practice, you’ll be presented with inclusive, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive feedback and skills. As we build our professional relationship, I want you to feel comfortable so you can be honest and safe with your heavy and sometimes big, unpleasant feelings, defeating thoughts, and difficult life experiences. We work together to process your thoughts, examine thinking patterns or habits, and everyday stressors, and allow room for acceptance of things you cannot control. You can gain new skills in therapy by discussing your experience through a culturally sensitive lens. Your story is unique, so we will work together to navigate treatment goals that can improve your quality of life.

Michelle Vo, LCSW (she/hers), is a clinical social worker and psychotherapist in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has offices in San Francisco, San Bruno, and Cupertino. Michelle is a first-generation Vietnamese American, and her practice’s value is providing quality, long-term, culturally responsive services.
- Her specialty is working with perinatal and postpartum mothers, high-achieving professionals, young adults, Asian Americans, and people of color (BIPOC). Michelle is passionate about helping people accept their current and past selves and improving their quality of life by assisting her clients with reframing their thinking, self-validation, and assurance.
- Her most common therapeutic interventions derive from a culturally sensitive, trauma and social justice-informed lens.
