I am a second generation Taiwanese/Chinese American, specializing in AAPI folks, people with fertility struggles, pregnant and postpartum people, and those experiencing identity and life changes.

I have cultivated my compassion, openness, and deep knowledge of treatment over the past 19 years. I specialize in struggles I have also experienced – anxiety, depression, identity shift with parenthood, distress in pregnancy and postpartum, fertility struggles, trauma, acculturation, shame, and people pleasing.

I have always wanted to be a haven for those who are alone, to lend an empathetic ear and help people toward a life worth living.
