Bio

Hi there! My name is Connie, and I am an art and expressive arts therapist. I am passionate about creating a safe and non-judgmental space to listen, support and spark curiosity alongside my clients. I enjoy supporting individuals who experience symptoms of anxiety and/or struggle with perfectionism, black and white thinking patterns, overwhelm as well as individuals who would like to create a healthier work/family/life balance. I work alongside my clients in creating sustainable habits and patterns that can assist individuals in meeting their goals.

I believe in utilizing a trauma-informed, person-centred approach through the process of intuitive art making. Art & Expressive Arts Therapy offers a wide range of healing opportunities that support curiosity, regulation & mindfulness. Healing is encouraged by bringing deeper awareness to new ways of being despite artistic abilities.

Creating a space where my clients feel supported, contained, safe and free from judgment is crucial to my values. Together with the arts, we can ensure a safe anchor in exploring hard feelings and sensations. I am committed to holding a steady light as we move through your healing journey.
