Bio

One of my greatest passions is providing therapy services to individuals who are looking to re-discover themselves and start their healing process. I bring warmth, authenticity, genuineness, and curiosity to the work I do. I believe in viewing my clients in the holistic form and that finding balance is essential to leading a healthy and productive life. In therapy, our relationship will be a partnership. We will work together to find the root of the problem, discover your unmet needs, and develop tools to help you gain control and flourish in your life, once again.

I have a bachelor in Alcohol and Drug Counseling and a Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I use an integrative approach like CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and trauma-based. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families and worked with populations such as the LGBTQ+, homeless, criminal offenders, co-occurring, and SMI.

Whatever circumstance that has brought you here, this is the first step. I am here to walk beside you. It is always the greatest honor when someone chooses me to walk alongside them in their journey to healing. I understand the importance of finding a good match when it comes to therapy, so please call for a consultation to see if we will be a good fit.
