Are you experiencing the negative impacts of accumulated wounds from life? Feeling disempowered or cut off from your authentic self? In the midst of life’s challenges, I am here as an advocate, guide and witness to your healing. In partnership with you, we will increase a sense of personal freedom, self-understanding and hope.

I have worked with teens and adults for over 18 years in processing traumatic experiences, life transitions and grief/loss. I utilize a variety of tools to address stress, anxiety and depression associated with wounds incurred throughout our lives. These modalities include, but are not limited to EMDR inspired BrainSpotting, mindfulness, narrative and somatic techniques. I offer therapy that addresses your unique needs and is based in brain research, trauma informed care and liberation-based healing utilizing personal strengths. I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where you feel affirmed and can experience meaningful growth.  As a child of South Asian immigrants, I understand the process of healing when faced with intergenerational trauma, grief/loss, and internalized oppression. Based on my experiences, I strive to create an expansive and safe space for anyone facing oppression.

I offer a free a 20-minute consultation and am available for phone, virtual or in person sessions.  I believe in the power or healing in relationship and would be deeply honored to be a part of your healing journey.
