I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #87847) in the state of Texas.

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I am certified in TF-CBT. I have clinical experience in counseling children, adolescents, and adults with issues that include anxiety and depression, grief, goal-setting, behavioral issues, self-harm, multicultural issues, trauma, life transitions, domestic violence, and family/relationship conflicts. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally sensitive counselor. Additionally, I utilize play/activity therapy for kiddos who are in need of services.

As a Filipina counselor and a first-generation immigrant, my goal is to understand the individual’s story through their values, cultural upbringing, and unique experiences. My goal is for individuals to feel empowered as they create their own path toward peace and acceptance. Please contact me so we can start your journey towards healing!
