As a second-generation Asian-American and one of the first in my family to attend college, I learned early on about navigating conflicting values and forging new paths. As a psychologist, I integrate my personal experiences with my professional training to help clients live meaningful, authentic lives.

My clients seek a space where their unique cultural backgrounds are truly understood and validated. At our practice, we view everyone as a cultural being, shaped by factors like religion, race, socioeconomic background, and regional influences. Our clinicians are trained to apply mental health treatment through a culturally sensitive lens. We understand depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions through the lens of your various identities.

We work with individuals who have felt unseen in other therapy spaces, who grapple with articulating their upbringing, and who want to connect more deeply with themselves and others. Our goal is to help clients gain clarity, confidence, and a fuller sense of self.
