I am in the work of fostering belonging.

I’ve found that the most potent pathway to transformation in therapy is a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. And the impact is long-lasting. Healing can ripple far across generations—past, present, and future.

Having migrated from South Korea at a young age, it took me several years of journeying to learn how to weave my cultural identities into a patchwork that feels authentically mine.

In my personal journey, therapy has helped me build trust in myself and feel more connected to my inner and outer world. At the same time, it has offered me tools to navigate my intergenerational wounds, shed external responsibility, and embrace the fullness of who I am.

As an Asian American therapist, my practice is identity-affirming and culturally responsive.

Many of my clients are high-achieving, deeply hardworking individuals who have learned to push through, often out of necessity. Together, we explore what it means to soften, rest without guilt, and be in relationship with others without losing their sense of self.

I enjoy working alongside first- and second-generation immigrants, creatives, eldest daughters, and those of LGBTQ+ experience.

By leaning into collaboration and curiosity, I support my clients in finding the medicine within themselves to heal and grow through relationship-building and gentle inner exploration.
