As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience, I have helped my clients address several topics including anxiety, depression, trauma, work burnout, and family/relationship stress. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of perfectionism or people-pleasing, weighed down by a harsh inner critic, guilt, or self-blame. They may be navigating work stress or burnout, the challenges of parenting, questions about career direction or goals, or relationship concerns. Together, we work toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and meaningful, sustainable change.

Sessions with me are collaborative, supportive, and grounded in your lived experience. We’ll spend time exploring your values and intentions so you feel empowered to guide the direction and pace of your work. I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, working to create a space built on trust, care, and genuine connection.

Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can get a feel for my approach and decide whether working together feels supportive for you. You can reach out by email or phone to schedule.
