Bio

Hi, I am so glad you’re here! I believe that strong, fulfilling relationships are at the core of our mental well-being and I support individuals and couples in navigating their sense of identity, strengths, and whatever life throws in our way. I create a warm, safe space for my clients and I aim to challenge and empower them in living a life that align with their values and goals.

I am a culturally-sensitive and affirming therapist, drawing from narrative, existential, and internal family systems approaches to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients. I am also trained in Brainspotting. I particularly enjoy working with AAPI and/or BIPOC-identifying communities and transracial adoptees.

I am currently accepting new clients! – Finding the right fit is so important so please feel free to set up an initial 15-minute phone call prior to scheduling an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you!
