I am a licensed Asian American psychologist providing in-person and telehealth therapy services to adults in Los Alamitos, CA. For over 20 years, I have worked in university counseling centers and as an adjunct faculty member to graduate students in the counseling field.  My values for diversity and multicultural therapy have been consistent across my training and career. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals for therapy and utilize a strengths-based approach that is informed by multicultural and trauma informed frameworks. It is important in our work together to truly understand your experiences across various contexts, including individual, familial, community, societal, and spiritual. My hope is to create a safe, supportive space by intentional focus on a trusting, therapeutic relationship in which empathy and connection are central.

Areas of experience and expertise include: Asian and Asian American mental health, family of origin and intergenerational stress, parenting, life and career transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, grief, anxiety and depression.
