Ever since I was little, I empathize with those suffering. I understand how heavy your heart might feel. I’ve been where you are. Looking for a therapist during a painful season when others noticed something was different about me.

My clients seek me when they are feeling triggered, overwhelmed, disconnected, shameful or unsure about what to do and want to live a more authentic life.

I’m a multicultural (of Chinese descent, born and raised in Peru, then moved to US as a teen), neurodivergent therapist for children, families and women (love supporting moms, first responders and helping professionals) who want to find healing from emotional challenges, traumatic events and new transitions.

Together, we will identify your strengths and obstacles. From there, you’re encouraged to make changes through a collaborative approach.

There are times when there is a need to revisit a past memory or root issue and I will suggest one of my modalities, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (in short it’s called ART, founded by Laney Rosenzweig, LMFT) to process memories to feel less emotionally attached to them, find relief and a new perspective.

I offer a non-judgmental approach. Women feel it’s easy to talk about their story and kids have fun and feel connected to their world through made up stories, play, music and art. My hobbies are: cooking, dancing, journaling. spending time with my family and church community, learning something new, going on a walk.

My clients walk away from therapy with joy, connected, more focused on what matters to them and healed from traumatic events, anxiety and other conditions.
