I’m a licensed psychotherapist in private practice. I specialize in three things: anxiety, stress, and burnout. Each of these conditions is treatable, but there are important differences and overlapping symptoms (like exhaustion, frustration, and trouble focusing). Having a knowledgeable therapist is essential if past therapy was not helpful, or you’re not getting better with a do-it-yourself approach.

The foundation of good therapy is a supportive relationship that leads to meaningful change. That’s why I provide culturally sensitive care. I will pay attention to your identities, values, beliefs, lifestyle, and experiences with an attitude of trust and respect. I try to balance cultural humility with empowerment, especially when there are ongoing struggles like trauma or injustice. My approach is individualized and neurodiversity-inclusive.
