I am Joel Thomas, a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) specializing in trauma, substance abuse, depression and anxiety, veterans’ issues, and stress management. With a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University, my approach is grounded in Existential Humanistic therapy, emphasizing a client-centered method to foster resilience and present-minded problem-solving.

Drawing from my personal experiences overcoming mental health challenges and substance abuse through therapy and faith, I am uniquely positioned to guide others on their healing journeys. I offer culturally sensitive counseling, including Christian-focused therapy and specialized support for Asian clients.

Whether through telehealth or in-person sessions, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, effective care to help you navigate life’s challenges.
