Your story is important.
How your parents handled conflict, dealt with their emotions, either communicated or stayed silent with their feelings, and even the subtlest of behaviors played an impact into who you are and how you see the world today. The feelings that my clients have shared with me often times signals deep inner childhood wounds that they experienced as a child from their parents/guardians. Additionally, the impactful events whether a breakup, death, or something more traumatic also play a huge part in the way we see conduct ourselves.
I’m here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore deeper together.
Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, your partner, a family member, or your teen, I see you as someone with unique strengths and potential. My goal is to work alongside you to build a strong foundation that eases the discomfort and helps you better tap into your natural abilities without the false and unrealistic expectations that others have put on you.
I understand that finding a new therapist can feel overwhelming, and I’ll do everything I can to make the transition smooth, incorporating any progress you’ve already made. Together, we can create a partnership that feels supportive and empowering.
I welcome any questions you may have and would love to see if we’re a good fit. I’m excited to connect with you and begin this journey together.
