hi, i’m czarina, a fellow human being navigating life. i’m driven by an deep curiosity about the human experience and how we relate to one another, the world, and – most importantly – ourselves.
filipina-american. a native kansas-citian in chicago.
snack enthusiast. cat-owned. aspiring plant mama. cookbook collector.
i hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from william jewell college and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from northwestern university. i consider myself a thoughtful space holder, grounded in presence and attunement.
at the center of my work is a simple belief: everything is in relationship. our relationships are where we explore who we are — our experiences, identities, and ways of being — and where we often discover meaning, connection, and growth.
my approach is holistic, integrative, and tailored to you and your inner world. i work from a person-centered foundation, weaving in attachment-based and experiential practices to help you better understand your patterns and reconnect with your own voice. together, we create a space where you can explore safely, at your own pace. i often support clients navigating transitions, relational patterns, identity exploration, and periods of feeling emotionally stuck or overextended.
through our co-created therapeutic relationship, we’ll work toward greater clarity, self-understanding, and a deeper sense of alignment. it is a privilege to accompany you along your journey.
