Welcome to Spring Day Therapy.

I help teens and young adults navigate intense emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and create lasting change. I support a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, self-harm, and suicidality. Therapy with me is embracing, playful, and persistent. I hold each of my clients with deep positive regard while also challenging them to do the difficult work that healing requires.

If this feels like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, I invite you to reach out!

Note on Fees & Insurance:

I am currently an out of network provider and only accept private pay. However, I can provide you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursements, if that is covered under your benefits plan. Please confirm your coverage with your insurance provider.

Sliding Scale

Note: As of January 2026, all sliding scale spots have been filled.

Making mental health therapy accessible is important to me, and I recognize that financial barriers often prevent people from receiving the support and care that they need. For this reason, I reserve a small number of “pay what you can” sliding-scale spots on my caseload, which are offered based on individual circumstances and needs.

Please note that reduced-cost spots are limited due to my own capacity and needs. I invite you to join me in reserving these opportunities for individuals who are in great need of financial support, or are experiencing extensive barriers in accessing mental health care.

I do not require income verification for this process and instead operate on a collaborative process. I invite you to start by referencing Alexis J. Cunningfolk’s Green Bottle Graphic (linked here) to evaluate where you might fall on the sliding scale.
