I work with Asian American professionals and the larger BIPOC community navigating multiple identities and expectations, life transitions, family dynamics, and anxiety. My clients often come in with perfectionism, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, and emotional exhaustion. I offer evening sessions (typically 8pm – 12am) Sunday – Thursday via telehealth. This is a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming space. Visit my website or email me for more information and next steps if this feels like it could be a good fit.

I work with intention and structure. Each session is purposeful, honest, and grounded in where you are. That means asking real questions, sitting with difficult truths, and tracking patterns over time. The work is reflective without being passive, and direct without being prescriptive.

I made a career switch after experiencing my personal therapy experience where the therapist provided a safe space for me to be myself wholly after a lifetime of code switching and separating parts of myself. This is at the heart of how I show up for every client.
