I help driven individuals learn how to slow down, trust themselves, and feel more connected in their relationships.

My clients often notice changes that go beyond anxiety relief. Over time, they begin setting healthier boundaries and relating to themselves with greater compassion instead of constant self-criticism.

Therapy with me is not about forcing positivity or “fixing” you. It’s about helping you understand the deeper patterns shaped by past experiences so you no longer have to live in survival mode.

I’m an EMDR-trained and IFS-informed therapist who works with adults and teens navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, self-doubt, attachment wounds, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about working with Asian American clients, navigating the impact of culture, identity, family expectations, and the search for belonging.

My work centers on memory processing and nervous system–based care, helping clients move beyond insight alone toward deeper emotional healing and lasting change. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and integrative, drawing from emotionally focused therapy, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and interpersonal neurobiology. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and deeply human, a space where you can begin healing at your own pace.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, under supervision of Ah Hyun Lee, LCSW 105879 in California. I offer telehealth only on the weekdays for individuals and couples.
