My clients often come to me to feel seen and heard. They long for a connection they never had before, hoping to share their most intimate stories and conversations with ease, freedom, and without judgment. If you are dealing with personal issues you wish to explore in depth and in private with someone, I provide the space to explore your internal world together. Most importantly, everything remains confidential. I am genuinely curious about discovering who you are — your quirks, values, preferences, and alternative lifestyle choices, especially when they diverge from societal norms. I provide traditional talk therapy and draw from psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based modalities. I also offer a progressive form of therapy such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for those who are adventurous in expanding their ways of thinking and behavior.
