Talking to Ai not enough? Feeling triggered by the state of the world? Feeling out of control and at the mercy of avoiding your triggers- or just avoiding most of life in general? Seeing no results and kind of actually getting more triggered by talking and ranting about it? Still want to address your triggers and trauma ASAP? Clients that seek me out tend to be adult, neurodivergent, workaholic femmes and thems from immigrant families, financially successful workaholics but struggling with relationships, anxiety, and trauma. Results come from YOUR process, interpretation and YOUR goals as a result of EMDR.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and have been in the field since 2018, gathering as much real life experience working with families in the foster care system, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and helping people heal from the trauma of childhood abuse and neglect. I have been practicing individual therapy since 2021 and fell in love with the EMDR basic protocol. I accept most insurances including Aetna, Premera, Regence, BCBS, United, TriWest.

As a client and now clinician of EMDR, it has shaped how I view my past, present and future. EMDR has helped increase my sense of curiosity in the world and I am so excited to share it with fellow Asian Americans and folks in the queer community. EMDR focuses on coping skill building during and outside of session time. Its time to leave the past in the past. Reach out. I’ll walk this road with you as long as you need me.
