I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, low self-esteem, racial identity, intergenerational trauma, relationship challenges, boundary-setting, and perfectionism. I have a special interest in supporting Asian Americans and bring a culturally attuned lens to our work.
I use an integrative approach that is person-centered and strengths-based. I take time to understand you within the context of your life experiences: your values, beliefs, and the patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll explore ways to cope with life’s challenges, heal from past or present wounds, and move toward a more empowered and fulfilling life.
