In our work together, we’ll identify patterns that no longer serve you and explore new possibilities within yourself and your relationships.
My approach integrates Gestalt Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), woven together with spiritual awareness and lived experience. Above all, I believe healing happens through genuine, attuned connection.
