You are someone who had a difficult childhood upbringing leaving you feeling unloved, unheard and unseen. Who tends to be a people pleaser and can’t say “no” to others. You are overly critical and doubt yourself. You experience low self-worth and self-esteem. Feeling unsatisfied in yourself and in your relationships. Someone who fears failure, judgement, rejection and abandonment. Someone who constantly feels anxious because you’re unsure of yourself and needs, and lacks independence.

The hope is to help you feel more confident about yourself, learn to set healthy boundaries with others, and better express your needs. You will understand and manage unpleasant emotions better, learn to accept yourself, improve your self-worth and stand up for yourself.
