I am a licensed Master’s Level Social Worker committed to providing culturally sensitive, trauma-informed services in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment. As a Korean American transracial adoptee and person of color, I offer a unique perspective and understanding of how our intersecting identities shape our sense of self, interactions with others, and navigation through the world. I am also committed to destigmatizing mental health in the Asian community and other communities of color. My ultimate goal is to help people feel more grounded, self-accepting, self-aware, and autonomous.
My approach to therapy is creative, collaborative, and holistic. I am genuine, warm, compassionate, and above all else, I want you to feel safe to explore your experiences and concerns from a place of curiosity, free from judgment. I incorporate mind-body techniques and creative exercises to encourage self-expression, identity exploration, and healing.
Whether you’re brand new to therapy or in search of new ways to set and accomplish goals, manage stress, navigate life transitions, loss, and relationships, I will tailor my approach to accommodate your unique individual needs. I welcome the chance to meet you and support you in living your life with more balance, ease, and authenticity.
