Hi, I’m Mary Bartido, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here to The Shared Self LLC! As an Asian American therapist, I understand the importance of creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly supported. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, navigating the challenges of ADHD, or working through past trauma, I’m here to walk alongside you. I believe that your story is unique, and I work collaboratively with you to explore and reshape it in a way that empowers your growth and healing. Together, we’ll build a space where you can feel safe, open, and ready to move forward.
I offer a gentle, compassionate approach to your unique needs which may include using techniques/approaches that are based on mindfulness and practical skills while being grounded in trauma-informed and person-centered care. I am also trained in EMDR.
I believe in the power of your story, and I’m here to listen, guide, and support you in uncovering your inner strength. Therapy is a journey, and together, we can explore ways to heal and move forward. If you’re ready to begin this process or simply want to talk about what you’re going through, I invite you to reach out. I’m here to support your every step.
If you would like to know more about me as a counselor or have questions regarding the therapeutic process, please feel free to contact me for a free 15 minute consult.
