You survived something that changed the way you move through the world. Maybe you second-guess yourself, struggle to trust others, feel disconnected from your body, or wonder why you’re still affected by experiences that happened months or years ago. You may look like you’re functioning on the outside while privately struggling with holding it all together. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and healing is possible.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who have experienced sexual harm, coercive control, intimate partner abuse, childhood abuse, and other forms of interpersonal and relational trauma. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to convince someone that what happened, matters.
Together, we’ll create space to understand what you’ve been through, reconnect with your sense of self, and move toward a life that feels safer and more fully your own. My therapy room is a place where all parts of you are valued, and where you don’t have to carry everything alone.
