Hello! I am Rachel. I am a LPC-Associate (also a CPA), supervised by Leigh Rainwater, LPC-S. I have clinical experience working with teenagers, adults, and couples dealing with Depression, Anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. From a humanistic counseling perspective, these can often manifest as various challenging life situations, including:

  • Life-changing events
  • Chronic stress
  • Identity issues
  • Relationship problems
  • And more

I understand these challenges can create imbalances in your life, and I am here to collaborate with you to tailor a treatment plan that aligns with your personal goals.

In 2020, I embarked on a journey of spiritual awakening, leading me to make a significant career shift from Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to the counseling. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practice.

In therapy, you can expect to work with me in the following areas:

  • Increasing self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-esteem
  • Managing school, work, and multiple life roles
  • Resolving marital, family, and parenting conflicts
  • Developing coping strategies and interpersonal skills

Thank you for considering me as your counselor in your healing, self-discovery, and growth. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

***Something about “me”:
