I’m a Taiwanese American psychotherapist, mother of three, and fellow introvert. With over fifteen years of clinical experience (since 2007), I hold licensure as a Marriage & Family Therapist (#50028) and advanced training as a Level II IFS (Internal Family Systems) practitioner. My work is deeply informed by trauma theory, parts work, and a commitment to affirming neurodivergent, spiritual, and culturally complex identities.

I specialize in supporting clients who are relational by nature – those who feel the weight of others’ expectations, struggle to express their needs, or have grown weary from navigating emotional overdrive. Many are Asian Americans or multiracial individuals who carry intergenerational stories, implicit cultural rules, and internalized “shoulds.” In couples work, I partner with both halves of a dyad willing to explore stuck cycles, claim hidden parts, and cultivate new relational narratives.

Together in therapy, we:

  • Create space for your unheard, exile-like selves to be seen, heard, and safely integrated

  • Reclaim the permission to ask for what you need (and feel) while maintaining your empathy

  • Cultivate internal witnessing, self-compassion, and boundary integrity

  • Track and heal patterns that live at the crossroads of culture, identity, and relational life

I warmly welcome clients who are creative, neurodivergent, spiritually attuned, or deeply reflective,  especially those from Asian and immigrant backgrounds longing for a therapy space that honors cultural nuance and inner multiplicity.
